Flashy ‑ Marketing Automation is a very interesting app to add to your Shopify store, as it allows you to do email marketing, as well as SMS marketing and marketing automation with your customers and visitors based on purchase history and website activity. The main advantage of this relatively new app is quick integration with Shopify, and the fact that it allows you to sync your historical and on-going data in one click, i.e. it’s fairly simple to use.
Using Flashy you’ll be able to activate instantly a variety of pre-built automations and pop-ups to send highly targeted and relevant emails, and anything in between, including pop-ups through segmented emails to targeted Facebook audiences. To make it real easy, Flashy allows you to reach any customer.

This all in one marketing automation platform is available via 1-click installation and it makes for the perfect tool for your Shopify store if you want to do email marketing, SMS marketing and marketing automation with your customers and visitors based on purchase history and website activity.
As soon as you install the app, you’ll be able to import all of your data, including orders, customers and products from your Shopify platform, and automatically segment your customers; furthermore, the app will create a the must-have workflow every store needs: * Browse & Cart Abandonment * Cart Abandonment.
The app also carefully guides customers in the right direction by creating full, complex journeys, including conditions, A/B tests, purchase history, website behavior, and more options to choose from. To give you an example, you can reduce cart abandonment by sending emails 2 hours after a cart is abandoned, or if the cart value exceeds $50 (you can add a coupon code by the way), or send another email 24 hours if a sale is not completed.
You can also use retention, i.e. the app will send email 10 days after last purchase, wait 24 hours if the customer didn’t open the last email, then send a text message and so on. Up-sell and cross-sell is also available, and many more.
Another strong feature of the app is marketing campaigns, which makes for the ideal combo for automated marketing. Basically, the app will send email messages to all your contacts, , but the contents of each campaign becomes dynamic to each client, as the app can analyze all key data points and leverage them to get deeper into the funnel.
Popups are also available, and they work great for reducing cart abandonment, by displaying a popup when a customer is about to leave the website, or when a customer added a specific product to the cart. Moreover, you can upsell if you offer free shipping from $100 via popup for customers whose cart value is between, let’s say $50-$90, so they can use that offer.
